Do I need a consultation before booking Botox?

We include a complimentary consultation with every first visit, so you don't have to book one separately. Your RN injector reviews your goals and medical history, then treats the same day if it's appropriate. First-time patients receive Botox at $10/unit.

Is there a booking deposit or cancellation policy?

Most appointments don't require a deposit, though some longer or specialized treatments may. We'll confirm any deposit and the cancellation window when you book online or over the phone. As a courtesy, please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

Where exactly do I park?

There's a free lot behind the building, accessible from the rear alley. You can also use metered street parking along Coast Hwy 101 (2-hour limit), or the public lot two blocks north at the Lumberyard Shopping Center. We're on the second floor of the historic Seaman's Building at 90 N Coast Hwy 101, Suite 207.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Just a list of any medications or supplements you take and any past aesthetic treatments. Arrive with a clean face if you can (we can remove makeup if needed). Plan to arrive a few minutes early so we have time for your consultation and 3D facial analysis.
