Most San Diego patients take I-5 North. The traffic pattern matters: leaving Downtown or Hillcrest after 9:30 a.m. usually clears the morning commute, and the stretch through Del Mar and Solana Beach moves well outside of school-pickup hours. If you're coming from La Jolla Shores or UTC, the Torrey Pines Road route is often faster and much prettier than the freeway.

From Balboa Park, it's 26 minutes north on I-5. From La Jolla Cove, 21 minutes via the Torrey Pines coastal route. From Petco Park after a Padres day game, most patients clear the 163-to-I-5 transition and reach us in about 32 minutes. The clinic sits at 90 N Coast Hwy 101, Suite 207, Encinitas 92024, with free underground parking off D Street and street parking along Coast Highway 101 within a half-block radius.

If you're arriving from Sorrento Valley or UTC, exit Encinitas Boulevard and turn west toward the ocean. From Hillcrest or Downtown, stay on I-5 through the La Jolla interchange, past the Torrey Pines descent, and exit at Encinitas Blvd. We're two blocks north of the main downtown Encinitas strip.
